I was asked to leave a review, and I am very happy to do so. For 2 years, I have been cooperating with this company by sourcing tea for my restaurant in the Netherlands. All the supermarket teas are tea bags, but I was looking for pure loose leaf teas. Hong Kong Oriental Tea Company has always been my reliable and stable supplier. The only improvement that I can mention is that I would like the shipping time to be faster. Currently it takes about 1.5 to 2 weeks before the tea arrives, which can sometimes be troublesome when I run out faster then expected. I have to tell my customers that I am out of stock. Faster shipping would make my inventory control more manageable.
