A Limited company is the most commonly used company type. Ltd company is a type of company incorporated under the Companies Ordinance of Hong Kong. 1. The market generally authorizes capital of HKD$ 10,000.00 divided into 10,000 shares of HKD$1 per share.
2. To increase the registered capital, the company needs to pay a capital duty.
Shareholders and Directors:
At least one director, 18 years of age or older, of any nationality. At least one shareholder, can be any nationality. Hong Kong company secretary identity cards must be filled by local residents or corporate groups in Hong Kong. The company secretary is generally provided by the company.
Registered address:
