Fresh all served in a slow-cooked master broth which is made fresh daily and takes over five hours to cook. The coveted crustacean finds its way into the dim sum as well – Turnip Cake with Lobster, Lobster Meat Dumplings and DNA’s take on the traditional radish puff pastry, the Crispy Lobster Puff, a crunchy roll of lobster pastry painted with carrot juice to resemble a plump lobster tail.
