Cost

Our Centre provides fixed cost mediation services, which cost HK$3,000.00 for each party. The said fee includes the fee of mediator for 2 hours, rental of conference rooms, the initial preparation costs of mediation, appointment fee, administrative costs, filing and photocopy fee.

If the mediation conference exceeds 2 hours, the additional charge is HK$750.00 per hour to be paid by each party including the mediation service and the conference room rental.

Note: All mediators are practising barristers and accredited mediators.
