“Mogadishu Adventure” is the ONLY tourist platform with official endorsement and approval to manage tours in Mogadishu. Our platform helps matching foreign tourists with local hotels, receiving units, translators and armed guards in an integrated and comprehensive manner.

Since the ousting of Al-Shabab from Mogadishu in 2012, we have immediately begun operations from the end of 2013. Throughout the years, we have safely received over 100 foreign guests, mainly from North America, Western Europe and Australia. Our guests were all sound and safe during the stay with us, we are proud to say that not even 1 tourist has been scratched throughout all the trips.

From the tribal era, towards sultanate rules, Italian Imperialism, Republic and Civil War, even inch of Mogadishu is full of stories and myths, awaiting you to unveil. The trashed US war machines are still lying in the city (see also the movie “Black Hawk Down”), relics from the sultanate can still be seen and visited, and the Italian colonial buildings are still living inside Mogadishu.

It has been years since Al-Shabab was kicked out far from the city of Mogadishu, and the city is now heavily protected by the African Union and international troops. Although sporadic attacks targeting government officials and military units still occurs, we are confident to show you with our track record that Mogadishu is now a safe place to travel, especially with our well-training guard units, who are accompanying our guests 24/7.
