Mr. Gavina’s key areas of specialization include the following:

Prior to his work as a consultant, Mr. Gavina spent years working for various independent restaurants and corporate chains. He has held literally every position in the restaurant hierarchy from Busser to Corporate Operations Manager. He began his career at the world known Bice and Da Silvano Restaurants in New York. He managed operations in US, Indonesia, Singapore, Hong Kong and at the present time he is involved in projects in Indonesia, Mongolia and Hong Kong’s premier dining and entertainment destination districts.
