Established in 2009, Look's Asset Management Limited is a licensed provider of Type 4 and 9 Regulated Activity (Advising on Securities and Asset Management) by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong (Central Entity No. AUM 670). The Management Team is comprised of experienced professionals with over 40 years of combined Investment Banking, M&A, Private Equity, Hedge Fund and Corporate Management experience. The company's equity fund and discretionary accounts have three primary investment focuses: 1. Acquiring controlling stakes in portfolio companies in Asia; 2. Resumption of trading (“White Knight”); and 3. Exploring secondary market trading opportunity. Additionally, Look's Real Estate Opportunity Fund is managed to focus on vacation rentals and short stays in Japan.
