ChinaMotion Telecare (HK) Limited began offering call center services in 2000, having been spun off from China Motion Telecom International Limited (HKEX 989). In 2001, it became an independent, reliable and high-value telecom service provider. Over the years, ChinaMotion Telecare has become a respected professional CRM player in the outsourcing business in both Hong Kong and Mainland China. As a paging operator, it was the first to deliver call center services with a Hong Kong-style to customers, using resources in Mainland China. With more than a decade of experience in operating call center projects across the Hong Kong-Mainland border, they have since expanded from traditional call center services to a multi-media contact center. Their clientele now includes not only telecom and IT companies, but also financial institutions, insurers, retailers, and tourism-related businesses.
