Review Rude shopkeeper

I bought something from yau shing household co.at SP1-3 BROADWAY STAGE 3. Mei foo. The product was damaged, so I went back to the shop. The shop manager Ms Ng was so rude to me and my wife. She didn't change the product but blamed us for the damaged. My wife and I was so inhumilated by her. She even said'go and complain me'. Now I want you to exchange the product and an apologies from her.
